Theres a certain truth about writing some English specific homework to wild movies that don’t fit the structure.
Anyways whatever chance to see some movies and write some unspecific fodder about it.
I have some English specific work that would just be a bore to post unless I had a finished piece.
Thought process anyways, and easier to edit within another document.

Seen a few movies .
Hatari! ’62
Wild John Wayne about some hunters. Never seen this one before. The scene that caught my eyes was the chair mounted car driving through the savanna top speed. That was pretty wild. The rocket shooting up and around the tree monkey netting. That was pretty wild too you dont really see that in movies these days. And, im sure for good reason, but thats what makes it wonderful to look at. Some funny elephant scenes. The characters have some kind of goofy high school Archie comics vibe. Otherwise was a neat film I would watch again.
Transformers ’86
Seen this one in theatres freakin awesome. Its like a laser rock show with fighting robots, and flashing effects. Features Orson Welles as his own planet eating robot bad guy, so thats awesome.
Orson Welles fan and he such a delightful thing. The world back then. Not only that its like a rock metal video, with its own soundtrack and the fights are kinda timed to the music. Which is kinda unconventional now. Other voice actors are familiar voices from back in the day. Leonard Nimoy, Eric Idle, Casey Kasem, Scatman Crothers, Just a bunch of other voices that are hard to name of the top of my head. But yeah, all stars in the animation movie that plays out like a music video. And they all having fun with these goofy lines, for example the dino bot was pretty funny. There nothing to complain about in this movie its like a Saturday morning extended cartoon. But spoiler the Optimus prime gets petrified and the little kid crying lol. Brutal, they dont show that on a cartoon so I bet they were dying to give it some older themese that werent allowed in the syndicated run. Even though as im learning syndicated run has less constrictive by bypassing stricter network restrictions. I feel like Hasbro was on top of the world back then, and now is a different company. Anyways just going back to a time where a new transformers episode was possible. And the return of Optimus Prime. Lol anyways the movie nowadays was enjoyable. It felt nostalgic Yeah and Leonard Nimoy and Orson Welles is certainly a treat. I like the decepticons and the so many characters. They all have a little voice to squeal about. And you can see they are the ‘evil’ characters backstabbing each other and fighting amongst themselves. Funny little anthropomorphic quips. Especially in the autobots leadership. Gotta love Megatron, just gets beat around a bunch and abandoned in space, just to get the upgrade and new army. Unicron is the new transformer planet eater. That transformation is pretty sick too from the animation. The object of desire is the leadership matrix. Since the main characters get blown up to smithereens But the other faction with the dinos human, the other leader transformer Rodimus prime, its hilarious thats the dude from Breakfast club. Judd Nelson. With all the overly friendly 80’s psa morals kind of character. Just wonder why that red beam affects only galvatron and not the other robots. Maybe cause was rebuilt. Anyways its whatever awesome 80s movie and a sweet franchise thats gotten good movies. Generally lol. No complaints on this one though

Resident Evil ’26
It was new in theatres, seen it on the mini imax.
It was pretty good. A friend told me the guy that made it, made it out to be like a video game so it becomes another action adventure than the plot. Lots of good sequences in this film that make the sense of travel real. They picked a regular dude for the lead I never heard of. Its a good new entry. Some of the resident evil movies were getting weird, I liked the first one, maybe even the second one. Anyways this follows I guess the multiverse trend which is fine why not creating a new racoon city and umbrella corp. The main character has alot of monologues and self dialogue, self describing dialogue. Then its alot of tropes and encounters. Makes for a good plot enjoyed it. Got a winter and Halloween theme. The sets are creepy, you got blizzard highway, creepy old barn and house. Winter forest, tunnel. Apocalypse city, hospital. Elevator scene. Lab secured area. Parkade. They did alot of scenes from the game. With going into dark doors. The perspective I mean. Anyways was saying the character just some regular dude and cant operate a firearm, I guess he figures it out but maybe a little realistic tension builder. If you had one of those things running after you. Also its hilarious they put it in the car lol. Thats when I knew this was a fun movie, and it takes it time setting up a little joke here and there. Along with the extreme gore but its gross zombie mutants so its like doom. The film sets the tension to increasing throughout the whole film by the end its not sneaking around anymore shit full on exploding everywhere. Yeah no point writing a plot summary. I thought the effects were cool, the movie was cool soundtrack and ambience. The character was funny. The bad guys were scary mixed with corny. The situations the character has to go through were pretty funny and anxiety inducing. Kinda like a dnd character just wandering around picking up stuff, with a skill issue. Farm and driving scenes were really good. The tunnel was mid. The city and hospital were crazy. I like these little acting moments, the character has a pregnant gf and then they all have this mini argument, while the main character is doing all sorts of heinous survival acts. But still trying to be the family guy lol. The plot type would be melodrama its like the action without quite the resolution in terms of The shared human experience. Universal insight about the human experience..Well I dont know about all that but made for a nice little pastime when I seen it. This had more of a fun vibe than like something Romero which has like a little more serious vibe hard to compare really even though same general genre.
When youre killing zombies and having a hard time, thinking of your loved ones will give you the strength to go the extra mile.
When the fate of humanity is in the hands of a regular dude, regular dude steps up to save the world and fail at the last moment, even though he’s not a gun expert, He’s compassionate to the zombies. So the message is, dont give up. Dont have to be a expert in weapons or cruel to the victims, can be kind and still get to the top. Even though bad luck can happen to us all. If it was just a few seconds shoulda hustled more, and maybe dont be so kind to the hit and run zombie victim so it doesnt bite you. Thats the big lesson in this movie.
