fuckinm wtf where did the year go.
I recall like September Im like xmas is never coming lol, now its like full swing holiday season and I feel like its going by too fast.
I did a important English exam just recently I think I did alright, I already took some notes on a improving strategy If I do ever have the misfortune of having to go back.
Basically the over arching strategy is to improve the repertoire of essay prompt ready books.
Need to be practised too so the essay itself becomes routine & menial.
The plan could be streamlined a bit better.
The thesis creation could be more robotic and streamlined.
I’m not bad, but say I were to practice like 100 exercises. Would improve the process quite a bit.
Now not to mention the logistics and the peculiarities of the location.
Overall pretty good for a first little dip back in the schooling.
I Identified these activities as my best use of time with the post secondary. Its like matching 2 trains speeds together, or a air to air fuel transfer.
What else is just writing down the plan is not necessarily the actual modus because Im not the type to really act until necessary, or itemized, prioritized lol.
Just cause I dont have the grade yet, not for a while even.
And, my intent was to run through more of these even though the desire is to just jump back in English again.
I actually think I did pretty good. I had thought the idea writing the blog might help just random movies and it probably does, but in my studying it became extra curricular.
Amyways blog is a tool a resources, maybe If I was the type to start posting some formal essays I feel like thats some academic privilege might not be the best to post online unless it was already passed and done and old. Who would want to read that, or copy paste lol. Wouldnt that be funny just have the encyclopedia essays, and it would be like a plague on the internet and ai. Hah who am I kinding the advances in ai just going to go to the source lol. I think maybe in the future some freehand not so robotic text could be in demand. And maybe like victorian english people were pretty serious about english and writing and letters and poetry back then, Its hard to expect to make a resurgence like that again, but maybe in different forms. Cause I know some academic types, professional types that use their English skills often, way better than me but would encapsulate that English culture quite fittingly. Anyways got a plan, moving ahead here. If it comes a time need to attack the English specifically more, or even in a more advanced setting I’ll be ready for that.

Few new movies.
You know lol great time for movies, just tune out those politician losers, no culture war for me thanks, ill stick to class war lol. thats hilarious.
So watching these monster madness.
Terrifier 1. was okay, super gore, not much story, I mean you know what youre getting, look at the cover. Overall its a bit of a thoughtless killing spree, did like the pizza scene, the blonde woman was gross. Its like yeah lets watch this with the fam, And i mean okay Halloween you watch the fam movies then late at night the true watch shit like the exorcist and terrifier ? lol.
Terrifier 2, was , seemed more indie, I do like seeing some of the new faces in these types of films, the actors, they can act and its just new, but when its no some A list celebs you recognize feels like the movie goes indie pretty hard. Maybe something like Backrooms its like oh I dont recognize these people, indie movie. Soemthing with the camera too, and settings seeems a little more homemade. Yeah Terrifier 2, it has a super fan base. For me nothing to write home about. Like first of all I need a little comedy, And I mean I ould watch Chucky on repeat, but not terrifier. Chucky is like funny stabby. Terrifier is like trope funny, cause they doing stuff you never seen in a horror I guess. So yea, special effects nerds. And just cause its historic doesnt mean it has entertainment value for everyone. Anyways neutral review, dont hate em dont like em. Happy to watch em once and see what its all about. If it wasnt Cinemassacre curating it It would probably hold less value…

Nigth of the Demons. 1988
Ok this more it, the campy, dsancing crappy house, halloween tropes, the Driving old cars and old 80s neighborhoods.
The movie itself was kinda forgettable, but not when youre watching it, it has all sorts of funny stereotype characters, and what youd expect from this kind of movie. Its like a party I dunno its fun, positive review glad I seen it cause I love 80s shit, and thats enough really. Would watch again, but id rank a bunch of other 80s movies as slighty better. Who cares it makes another halloween classic to throw on every once in a while. This one probably my fave so far.

Haunt season 2024
Ok bunch of horror convention weirdos make a introspective movie about Halloween, this one super indie, but also was some neat things.
Life in indie film seems kinda tough. This one was interesting enough to watch all the way through. Hard to think of some original thoughts cause I just seen James review it and he had some interesting perspective I hadnt thought of. Yeah I mean when its Monster Madness I just watch as many as I can. So would encourage to watch this one, Its like 80 mins long. Again some new actors Its a new experience for me. Yeh Usually try to write before I watch the video but sometimes it gets away from me. Just a re commitment keep hittin the blog withsome entertainment updates. Its a good English practice without the formal English anything and it makes writing like once a week accessible and routine. And its not the burden of a huge exam, preparations and such.
Next I got Either Street fighter or Hubie Halloween, family member told it was crap but I’ll watch em anyways haha.
